Cineplex says all its theatres and entertainment venues from coast-to-coast will be open for business today.
The company says 164 theatres, 1,687 screens and 10 entertainment venues, including 22 VIP Cinema locations across Canada will be in operation again by Friday, August 21, 2020.
Cineplex is welcoming back movie-lovers to the big screen by showing new releases, including Spongebob: Sponge on the Run and Unhinged.
Additionally, Christopher Nolan’s film Tenet will hit Cineplex theatres on August 27, with special advance screenings the night before.
Advance tickets for Tenet, as well as tickets for other new films, can be purchased at Cineplex.com or on the Cineplex app.
