Plaza Retail REIT announced this week that it will be developing a new retail centre in the tredny West Bedford area of Halifax, NS.
The project, which will be anchored by a new Loblaw-owned Atlantic Superstore will also include up to 20,000 square feet of essential-needs and convenience-oriented retail offerings.
Construction on the Hogan Court site in West Bedford is slated to begin this month with the first retailers projected to open for business in the spring of 2021.
West Bedford is one of the fastest growing areas in Halifax.
