Tim Hortons announced Sunday that it will launch a Nova Scotia Strong donut nationwide on Wednesday, April 29, 2020.
The Nova Scotia Strong donut is available now in Nova Scotia with 100 per cent of proceeds donated to the Canadian Red Cross Stronger Together Nova Scotia Fund in support of individuals, families and communities impacted by the recent tragedy. The donut is set to debut across Canada on Wednesday, April 29.
The new donut carries a suggested price of $1.59 and will be available at participating locations across Canada through May 5, 2020. Prices may vary by region.
NHL stars and Nova Scotians Sidney Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon have recorded a video to help raise awareness for this campaign.
