Mastermind Toys is getting into the ever-expanding loyalty rewards space with the nationwide launch of Mastermind Toys Perks.
The free program is available at all 63 store locations across Canada and at the chain’s website mastermindtoys.com.
Members of the program enjoy free gift-wrapping, sneak previews and early alerts about new and tough-to-get items as well as exclusive access to members-only promotions and events. Perks members will also receive surprise gifts and rewards throughout the year in recognition of milestones like birthdays and special holidays.
The company said it also plans to open at least 30 additional stores across Canada over the next three years, in a push to more than double their store count within the coming six years. A dozen of those new store openings are planned for 2019.
Additionally, the brand has its eye on expanding into 25 smaller Canadian markets, including openings this fall in Sydney, NS, and in Owen Sound, ON, to be followed in the early part of 2019 with store openings in Prince George, BC and Medicine Hat, AB.
The company said it will announces additional smaller market store locations at a later date.
