
McDonald’s Canada is offering a new mobile app deal where anyone can get 50 per cent off all McDonald’s Poutine through March 5, 2017.
McDonald’s Poutine features the chain’s iconic fries smothered in rich gravy and cheese curds.
The special pricing deal is available to anyone with the My McD’s mobile app installed on their device. The app is free and can be download for both Android and iOS mobile devices. Once you have the app installed, it will deliver weekly McDonald’s Canada coupon deals directly to you mobile device, which you can redeem at your local participating McDonald’s restaurant. To redeem the latest offer, simply display the coupon on your smartphone when ordering.
When ordering at the counter, tell the crew member you have an offer to redeem. They’ll prompt you to hold the barcode displayed on your mobile device in front of the barcode scanner before paying, and the offer will automatically be applied. Alternatively, if you are using the kiosk, select the ‘offers & coupons’ button in the top right of the kiosk screen, select the ‘mobile offer’ button, scan your barcode and add the applicable item to your order.

Wow! Talk about deceptive adverrtising. The poutines pictured are wishful thinking. In reality MCDonalds poutine “boxes” are never fllled to the top. At best they are 1/2 to 3/4 full. That’s why the menu picture shows a poutine on a plate…not the box they come in. If they showed them as they come it would discourage sales…McD would look like cheapskates. Over $4.00 for so little product.
