
Beef is back on the menu at Swiss Chalet for a limited time.
Beef can be enjoyed as part of a variety of entrees, including:
- Roast Beef Dinner: Roast beet smothered with au jus, served with market vegetables, a dinner roll, creamed horseradish, and your choice of side.
- Roast Beef on a Bun: Roast beef on a toasted bun, topped with creamed horseradish and smothered in au jus. The bun comes served with your choice of side and au jus for dipping.
- Hot Roast Beef Sandwich: Roast beef served hot and smothered in homestyle gravy, with two sides
- Beef Stir Fry: Beef sauteed with peppers, broccoli, red onions, and carrots in a teriyaki sauce, all served over a bed of seasoned rice.
