The Big Smoke Platter: In-house smoked pork back ribs, signature pulled pork and tender beef brisket, all served with cornbread, pickles and your choice of side and BBQ sauce. Plus, garlic toast to build your own sandwich.
Stacked Brisket Grilled Cheese: Smoked Canadian beef brisket is layered over cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and grilled until golden brown on an ACE Bakery Sourdough bread. Served with your choice of seasoned fries or house salad.
BBQ Brisket Sandwich: Smoked Canadian beef brisket smothered in Texas Bold BBQ sauce, is piled high on an ACE Bakery bun and topped with real cheddar cheese and crispy Cajun onions. Get it with seasoned fries or house salad.
