New York-based feel-good ice cream brand Enlightened has expanded into Canada with the launch of new exclusively Canadian Keto-friendly pints, made with natural sweeteners.
Enlightened differs from traditional ice creams that are typically loaded with sugars by using natural sweeteners like erythritol, monk fruit, and xylitol.
The six new gluten-free pints are permanent additions to the Enlightened brand lineup and include:

- Mint Chocolate (Menthe Chocolat)
