Starbucks Canada announced today that it will be adding a new plant-based breakfast option to its menu at more than 1,400 locations across Canada on March 3, 2020.
The new Beyond Meat Cheddar and Egg Sandwich features a plant-based patty from Beyond Meat sandwiched between an egg and slice of cheddar cheese on an artisanal bun.
Starbucks says it worked with Beyond Meat to develop a recipe uniquely designed with the Starbucks customer in mind.
The new meatless breakfast sandwich will make its debut on Tuesday, March 3 alongside the launch of the chain’s new 2020 spring menu.
