Beyond Meat products are no longer available at Tim Hortons in Ontario and B.C. – the last two remaining provinces serving the plant-based products after the brand scaled back availability last fall.
A spokesperson for the company told CP that “there was not enough demand to keep selling Beyond Meat breakfast sandwiches in the two provinces.”
Restaurant Brands International – the chain’s parent company – announced last fall that it would stop offering Beyond Meat products across most of Canada, with the exception of restaurants in B.C. and Ontario – where it would continue to sell Beyond Meat breakfast sandwiches while ditching the burger option altogether.
