McDonald’s Canada Canada is giving their popular McChicken sandwich a spicy makeover with the launch of three new Spicy McChicken sandwiches.
While the chain officially revealed all three new sandwiches today, they will debut on menus nationwide in a staggered release over four weeks, starting today with the Spicy Jalapeño McChicken.
Debuts on January 29
Spicy Jalapeño McChicken: A breaded and seasoned chicken patty, shredded lettuce, and creamy Jalapenõ sauce on a freshly toasted sesame bun. Available from January 29 through March 11, while supplies last.
Debuts on February 12
Spicier Habanero McChicken: Breaded seasoned chicken, shredded lettuce, and creamy Habanero sauce on a freshly toasted sesame bun. Available from February 12 through March 11, while supplies last.
Debuts on February 26
Spiciest Ghost Pepper McChicken: A breaded and seasoned chicken patty, shredded lettuce ad creamy Ghost Pepper sauce on a freshly toasted sesame bun. Available from February 26 through March 11, while supplies last.
As you can see, with each release, the heat is turned up another notch.
These are all basically just standard McChicken sandwiches with the regular mayo swapped out for a spicy mayo that’s incrementally hotter with each new release.
All three new spicy sandwiches will remain on menus at participating locations across Canada through March 11, 2019.
