Henry’s Camera Store announced Tuesday that it has partnered with Rogers Media for the launch of The Lens, a new national photo and video creator magazine.

Beginning May 15, 2018 The Lens will be available free at all Henry’s retail locations across Canada. The magazine will also be distributed to select communities across Canada via Canada Post.

Aimed at Canadian photographers, videographers, cinematographers and content creators across every skill level, the The Lens features in-depth interviews, profile pieces, expert tips and advice, how-tos, instructional articles, gear tests, product reviews and more.

The debut issue features award-winning Canadian photographer Chris Gordaneer, Toronto photographer and social influencer “Soteeoh,” as well as well as a variety of other industry experts.

Each issue of The Lens will also include a new photo challenge based on a specific theme. For its debut, Henry’s is inviting readers to submit their reflection-themed images for the chance to be published in the next issue. The winner will also receive a Henry’s gift card.
