Bravo Canada announced Monday that Season 2 of The Handmaid’s Tale will return to the cable channel in April.
The Emmy and Golden Globe Award-winning series is set to debut on Bravo Canada on Sunday, April 29 at 9 p.m. ET.
The 13-episode, second season will centre of Offred’s pregnancy and her ongoing battle to free her future child from the dystopian horrors of Gilead.
Season 1 is currently streaming in Canada on Crave TV.
Canadian Amanda Brugel will appear as a series regular during season 2.
Filmed in Toronto, The Handmaid’s Tale features award-winning actress Elisabeth Moss, Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Alexis Bledel, Madeline Brewer, Ann Dowd, O-T Fagbenle, Max Minghella, Samira Wiley, and Amanda Brugel.
