The reigning “Queen of Country Pop” Shania Twain has joined CTV’s upcoming music competition series “The Launch.”
Bell Media Says Twain will join superstars Fergie, OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, along with music mogul Scott Borchetta as a musical mentor on the inaugural season of the show.
Each hour-long episode of the six-part series features a group of unsigned emerging singers being mentored in the creation of a new original song by the panel of four mentors.
Premiering in 2018, ‘The Launch” is currently in production in Toronto. Twain is set to release her fifth full-length album “Shania Now” on September 29, 2017.
