Tim Hortons fans will have to dig a little bit deeper into their pockets for coffee and select breakfast menu items after the brand announced a slight price increase beginning Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
Fans first reported on the price increase via social media on Monday after signs started to appear next to registers at some Tim Hortons locations indicating the August 2 price increase.

Please be aware that due to rising operational costs, there will be a slight price increase affecting some hot beverages and breakfast menu items starting Wednesday, August 2, 2017.
We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with the same quality, service and value our guests have always appreciated.

The latest price increase represents the second increase at the brand in the past three years.
