If you’re familiar with Swiss Chalet you’ll know that this is the time of the year when they offer their Festival Special. This year we decided to give the special a review.
For my review I ordered the main Festive Special featuring a Quarter Chicken served with stuffing, cranberry sauce, a roll, dipping sauce and a side, plus 5 Lindor Chocolate truffles for $12.99. I chose not to pay extra for white meat.
Everything arrived hot and looked great. The taste was exceptional, and as Swiss Chalet fans know, nothing compares to Swiss Chalet’s dipping sauce.
I was very happy with my meal, but I honestly believe the deal could include more chicken for the money. That’s my only gripe with Swiss Chalet. I could put down two complete Quarter Chicken meals with no trouble.
Overall, the Festival Special is a real winner, but could include more chicken for better value.
