An Ontario woman took an unplanned midnight swim in Lake Huron Thursday after following her car’s GPS directions straight into Lake Huron.
In fairness to the 23-year-old driver, it was dark, foggy and rainy in Tobermory, Ontario when the unfortunate incident occurred.
According to provincial police, the woman was approaching a boat launch on Little Tub Harbour when she made a wrong turn.

Police said the woman, from Kitchener, did not suffer any injuries.
Authorities were able to remove the car from the lake Friday morning.
