Becel With Avocado Oil is made with a blend of plant and seed oils, including Canadian canola oil and avocado oil, as well as buttermilk powder, water, and a pinch of salt.
Low in saturated fat, and trans fat-free, Becel with Avocado Oil can be used as a direct 1:1 substitution for butter in any preparation, from savoury dishes to baked goods.
To celebrate the new product launch, on September 14-15, Becel will be hosting an avocado-themed pop-up restaurant called Avo Alley in the area of Graffiti Alley in downtown Toronto. The brand has partnered with chef Matt Dean Pettit (Matty’s Seafood), who has developed special recipes for the occasion. Fans can attend the ultra-exclusive event by reserving a table on YP Dine.
