Boston Pizza expands its pizza menu with the introduction of new Fire-Grilled Pizzas at participating locations across Canada.
Available in three varieties, Fire-Grilled Pizzas are made with the brand’s signature dough, hand-stretched to a thin crust and grilled over an open flame.
- Pizza Bella Fire Grilled Pizza features signature pizza sauce, smoked prosciutto, arugula, pizza mozzarella, provolone, gouda, and parmesan.
- Holy Smokes Fire Grilled Pizza consists of signature pizza sauce, BBQ chicken, bacon, roasted red peppers, roasted red onions, pizza mozzarella, applewood smoked cheddar, and mild cantonnier cheese.
- The Steakhouse Fire Grilled Pizza comes topped with Alfredo sauce, BBQ steak, mushrooms, green onions, pizza mozzarella, and smoked cheddar.
My local Boston Pizza offers 10-inch Fire-Grilled Pizzas for $12.99 each. From what I understand, Fire-Grilled Pizzas are only available in one size – approximately 10-inch.
