BlackBerry’s next flagship smartphone, the KEYone, will be available to pre-order in Canada on May 18, 2017. The new hardware is manufactured by TCL Communication, in partnership with BlackBerry.
The KEYone will also be available for purchase beginning May 31, at Bell, Bell MTS, Rogers, SaskTel and Telus starting at $199 on a two-year term. Non-contract pricing is not available at this time.
The smartphone features Android 7.1 Nougat and includes BlackBerry Hub. Fans can expect to get up to 26-plus hours of mixed use, thanks to the 3505mAh battery. It also sports a 12MP rear camera and a 4.5-inch touch display that features Corning Gorilla Glass 4, all set in an aluminum frame with a soft grip textured back built to offer increased durability.
