It simply doesn’t get any more Canadian than this – taking your Zamboni through a Tim Hortons drive-thru.
That’s exactly what Albertan Jesse Myshak did this week on his way home from his shop in Stony Plain, Alberta on Tuesday. He purchased the Zamboni for use on his backyard ice rink.
But Myshak faced one problem – his shop is a couple of kilometres away from his home.
“I figured I’d just drive it home,” CBC quoted Myshak as saying. “Guys at work were kind of laughing after I was driving home, [they said] to drive through Timmies and get a coffee,” Myshak added.
You can check out Myshak ordering a hot chocolate from the seat of his Zamboni in the video below. Incidentally, Myshak’s backyard rink is about half the size of an NHL rink.
